Begins is musical activities in is home town Torres Vedras (1989) as a self-taught guitarist for the MSS.

In the following years participates in a series of projects in a variety of contexts (rock, jazz, classical music, free improvisation, composition, music for theatre and production); following parallel studies in the “António Maldonado Rodrigues Music School, the Hot Club of Portugal, and the Academy of Music Amateurs in Lisbon.

In 1999 returns to concerts with the Flyingfishorchestra after a period devoted exclusively to musical studies.

In 2002 after another brief hiatus from the stages; forms Platform with Rui Gato.

In the fall of 2004 moves to another city ( Évora) where he begins to focus primarily in jazz studies and plays regularly with various local musicians.

In May 2007 returns again to is home town, and resumes Platform with Rui Gato.

Explores currently an intercession between micro-texturalism, ambient soundscapes, jazz, avant-garde and free improvisation.

He is currently working in several musical & webdesign projects to be released trough 2012.
